Merchandise Terms & Returns

DOGZ Bar & Grill merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printify’s production partners.

Ordering

Please check your size, color, quantity, and delivery address before purchasing. Refer to the product’s size guide where available. Product images are illustrative; colors and print placement may vary slightly.

Production & Shipping

Production begins after your order is submitted for fulfillment. Shipping charges appear at checkout. Production time is additional to shipping transit time unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products may arrive separately when fulfilled by different production partners. Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because merchandise is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from what you ordered, contact DOGZ promptly through our website’s Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Printify requires damage and manufacturing defect claims to be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can submit your claim within that deadline.

We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an eligible claim. Do not return an item unless we provide instructions.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Delivery Issues

Please contact us if an order is delayed or missing. An incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in additional charges for a replacement or reshipment.

Your Rights

These terms do not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
